THANK YOU SO MUCH for updating this story. I missed your incredible narrative, and this chapter was really sweet. Helps me to deal with all those unpleasant twists in TDA. But maybe there are still hopes that more unexpected changes in the last 2 episodes can save the season, the couples (2 of my 3 fav couples are separated now, and being so close to the end T _ T) and can give an oportunity to let your story happen: Have you seen the TDM trailer? Looking at Heather's grown up hair, seems like is settled a year after TDA. On the other side, Duncan and Courtney are standing next to each other without ripping their eyes off and make a challenge with Gwen, so probably they're OK at that moment. Finally, Courtney appears to be nicer and even getting along with Gwen, since both girls are singing and dancing together in a good amount of scenes.
Resuming, if Duncan and Courtney make up things before TDA's end, they can go in this road trip before TDM. If they don't, one can say they reconciliated off screen, so this story can still happen and be the explanation of them being in good terms for TDM. So don't worry, possibilities are still there ^_^. Well, there's also that little detail that Courtney broke up with Duncan...or something like that. I liked her as a villain, but at the same time, I really wanted them to make out. If any guy gave me a list of things wrong with me and what to do, I'd drop-kick them into next week, so no surprise Duncan got fed up.

I didn't even realize that TDI had LJ comms. I'll have to check them out. And I will definitely look at those notes. Notes enhance the reading experience...or should. I haven't seen them yet.

You keep surprising me with your fantastic fics! I can't wait to see all the adventures they're going to have in the road trip. I've always been a fan of road trips, in real life and in movies. And one involving one of my favourite couples from TDI is an amazing idea! At first, I thought they'd be going through different parts of the country visiting the rest of the campers after what Duncan said about Harold. Agh. Being away from fanfiction the last many months has seriously deprived me of reading things like this (though, to be honest, there aren't many things like this at all... way to be a freaking good writer). Anyway, I love the fact that you constantly remain true to the characters. I don't think you understand. This is VITAL! And it's one of my biggest pet peeves to read a story and feel like I've just eaten a truck-load of stale cotton-candy because of all the fluff.

U r such a great writer! my teacher says IM good, but hes never met u! u hav such colorful vocabulary, and i luv the way you leave it on cliffhangers so that the readers will always want more and keep coming back! i am a HUGE tdi fan, (its like scary how obsessed i am.) and i read these stories all the time, but there are very few that really SPEAK to me and make me tell my friends about them and check every day for new chapters. this is 1 of those stories. DxC is my 2nd fav couple (right behind GxB) and i cant wait 4 u 2 add a new chapter. please add it soon!the suspense is killing me! ♥ the story!

First off, I love how you write Duncan and Courtney. It's so true to character not too lovey-dovey, but not overly sexual.
Duncan's car plan was very clever. I had to read it three times to understand it.

Aw wicked. I love it. The dialouge between Courtney and Duncan is the best in the TDM fanifciton. You portray them very nicely. And I love the whole idea. How Duncan wants to be the crap out the guys who've hit on her and just the way he talks...just congrats. It was great! And Courtney is totally herself...Little Miss Priss. The characters and idea is great. I have a feeling this will be a great fic!
