Too bad this was abandoned.

I occasionally see this story when I am glancing through other author's favourites and every time I am disappointed this story is seemingly dead.

This is slouch a good story can't wait for the next chapter!

This story is very intriguing. I really love it when authors take just one or two elements of the original plot, twist them just slightly, and end up with a completely new, compelling story. Your writing is very good and it really draws you in. I really hope you plan on continuing this, I would like to see what happens next. If you don't, though, these beginning chapters are very good already :)

I know it's been a while since you updated this, but I really hope that you'll find the inspiration to continue. I've been waiting to find an H/G story like this for a long time!

I just have to say before I go any further that I love how you took scenes from the books and used them as fodder for Skeeter to write about. Because you're *so* right in that if most of the incidents hadn't been hushed up by Dumbledore, this is exactly what would have happen. And I LOVE that you're putting Ginny through it, too (well, not really, but you know what I mean).

I was talking to a friend last night about fics that do a great job of reworking the original cannon and this is one that jumped to mind immediately. Of course we then got to talking about stories that are awesome and engaging...but leave you in agonizing limbo because they don't get updated. And again I thought of this one.

So in a round about way I just wanted to say (again) that this story is awesome and I hope (and hope and hope) that this isn't abandoned

Your story was recommended and it’s really grabbed me; it’s excellent in concept and execution.

Apparently Hermione figured out in chapter 1 that Skeeter is the beetle, so I hope something comes of her conclusion. The “light” side seems to have done little to help Harry & Ginny publicly, which is a bit frustrating. At least, though, they’ve offered love and protection to the kids, they haven’t been totally abandoned due to the slander.

The same judicial system that put an innocent man in Azkaban without a trial has now arrested two young teenagers—rather scary situation for H&G. I expect that no parent or other caring adult will be allowed near them any time soon.

It’s been a long time since your last update. Do you plan to complete this story? I hope so!
