This is so incredibly cute!!

I love how you've managed to inclde Wakako in this and presented them so aptly in character. It was so sweet, and tugged at my heartstrings when Wakako told Sumire about how Koko felt on the day he confessed to her.

anyway, about the story...
i have to say this is spankin'!:D haha.
it's so cute, that was so thoughtful of koko..:) i admire how he became that super sensitive-and-dense type of guy, though i'm kinda having difficulties thinking of him THAT serious. hahaha!:)) anyway, Sumire learned her lesson, that's great!:)

i admire how Koko just had ENOUGH of knowing that Sumire-in her subconscious- loves him, too.. :D

Oh yeah, I don't really see Koko's concern for trying to get Sumire to realise that little things were enough. And I don't really see why Sumire would change her mind so quickly, nor do I understand Wakako and Koko's reasoning... although it is pretty 'aw...' that Koko just smiled all the way through Sumire's past loves. ^^

I just thought that Wakako and Koko seemed too, hmm, mature? As in, it didn't really fit with their characters as I thought of them. Like Wakako always seemed to be the one following Sumire, not guiding her, and I couldn't really imagine Koko saying anything like, "the little, almost inconsequential things that everyone misses – are those that have more meaning than anything else in the world." I mean, it sounds more like one of those introspective things that someone (e.g. Narumi who likes to be fancy with his words) would say to himself to summarise a manga chapter. (Yeah, I think of life as a manga. >

Aww, Koko's so sweet. ;D I like how he gave her the bunch of roses after. I really love the pairing KxS, but sadly, there's not a lot about them on Fanfiction. And Wakako, I think one of the reasons why people forget her is because she's an anime only charactor. Anyway, keep up the good work. =]

Love it! This draft is definitely better than the first one, its more solid, and the characters are more believable. Again, I appreciate how you stuck to the manga/anime, and included Wakako as Sumire's best friend...

You describe Sumire with the word "smirk" at least five times in the first section, so you could possibly use another word once or twice.

"That’s still not enough to make me forgive him for his week-long absence and the one rose he gave me. Hmp" Hmp should probably be Hmph...but that's not a big deal, just SFX anyway :)


"she practically screamed at him the moment he was near enough for some yelling." should probably be something like this, "she practically screamed at him the moment he was in earshot (or within range)"

You posted this chapter again? Or did you make changes to it? Either way, it's just as great or even BETTER than the last one, because it's just so sweet. The little things mean a lot theme, that is. It's the one red rose that stands out of a sea of black, of course!

Don't mind me ;) I really like this story, oneshot, whatever, and the KokoSumire is just awesome. Sumire's awfully cute and cool in this chapter, compared to the Sumire that most people would probably associate her to - loud and obnoxious, annoying and pestering.

anyway.. ah-ha.. i know where you started to change the story..
it was where wakako went over and had the chat with sumire..
i could recognize the part before that.. but after that, everything was different from before..

this is really sweet.. sweeter than the previous one..
sumire is more stubborn and she really took a lot to get the message through her thick skull..
while as koko was laidback as usual.. but he was more deep in here.. and he is also very thoughtful..
wakako is also a very goodfriend.. you can tell how much she cares for sumire and how just chatting with sumire is good enough..
this is just sweet..
