I really enjoyed what you've got so far. It's interesting to see an alternate history play out. I hope you don't give up on this.

What do you know a good Gargoyles fic that hasn't been abandoned... I will be waiting for more and give my thoughts next chap. Right know I'm just glad this exists.

This is such a refreshing fanfic! Well-written and clear despite the occasional spelling mistake, and best of all it's focused on two of my favorite characters. And it's alsi in character, too! I can't wait to read more. I'll be sure to check out the rest of your stuff!

That was a good meeting between Demona and Tom but I can't shake the feeling that Demona will discover the truth behind the sleep spell before she leaves the island. After all we know she's not dumb. Of course since the eggs have already hatched she'd probably traumatise the little ones if she killed the Magus and the Princess and we know she wouldn't want to do that. I'm sure the hatchlings will try to protect their guardians by getting in Demona's way should the truth be found out.

Nice meeting between Macbeth and Tom. I suppose the two men have a right to be suspicious of each other though. The next reunion promises to be even more intereting.

I was just taking a look being bored and found this, I have to admit I never once thought of something like this. It's very original and very well written as well. I like how you kept their personalities in check and yet still have them have some growth happening as well.

This is certainly shaping up to be a unique story and I look forward to where it goes. I bet when she knows that her race won't die off will give her some kind of peace at least that she's not the last. And I take it that after she and Macbeth go back the next buisness for her will be how to raise a castle.

Although I hope this marks when the two of them start their jorney together, it would be interesting to see how centuries of being together will change them and the point when you get to when Xanatos comes into the picture but I bet that's awhile off.

I do like the fact that you have Macbeth fearing that Demona would kill the three humans just for having something to do with the spell. I doubt that she's in the greatest frame of mind after being alone for over a century.

Great update. The magus' being here intrigues me a little bit, as well as princess Katherine. I don't remember quite well, but I seem to recall the magus was not precisely a nice person when he met Goliath in the show.

Then again, this is a different setting and I am very interested in seeing how you continue it. I, for one, am expecting to see Demona's reaction to the princess and what she does with the eggs.

After all, in this timeline Demona has a real chance to rise Angela herself.

Good fic, but somehow I feel that Demona's emotions are a little too much in check during this chapter. She was never known for keeping her anger under control, even before the massacre at Wyvern.

One other thing I recently realised... Wouldn't she have already long since realised that the Magus was responsible for the clan's curse? I mean, it was obviously magic that put them to sleep, and the Magus was the only sorcerer there, with the exception of Demona herself, and he had the Grimorum, too.

I do hope tom listens to macbeth.

I can honestly say that I didn't see that comming, but adding Tom was a stroke of plot genius, it gives you so many places to go. Well done and I can't wait for the next chapter.
