And why can't Shenlong cure her. He revive thousands people but he can't cure Bulma.
The situation that's happening to her isn't natural and it's minor problem compare to revive thousands of people. The explosive isn't like a deadly desease which is a natural. An explosion is not natural, so I can't see why the dragon can't cure her.
Another thing, Kakarot is an idiot for suggesting a horrible thing.
This must be a dream, a horrible nightmare.
Maybe they can revive Bulma and give her health before she had the accident. It can't end that way!
