That was very sad and very well done. I thought you portrayed Mary's feelings perfectly as she watches John change and her boys grow up. I like how she sees bits of herself in both of the boys.

AW! Whenever I get to read one of yours I get a little teary eyed as you write it so well and makes me believe it. Poor Dean, I love how you portray John before and after and the HUGE difference in him. And Dean being her 'little ray of sunshine' that is so motherly!
