An almost frightening story. Even though, with careful thought, I wouldn't agree that Hermione would do this--I watched with disappointment as she let go of her higher morals and succumbed to hypocrisy in the last few books; how she flouted rules while bearing down on the others who broke them--your Hermione, a better Hermione, was still a refreshing sight to see, and I have to applaud you.

I love the idea that Hermione helps Snape because she knows that the reaction of the others makes them just as bad as Voldemort etc.

Excellent! Hermione was right. Harry should have seen it as well. This is what we are fighting against.

This was so bittersweet, it just tears at my heartstrings. I feel like I should cry because of what they did to him, but then I feel like I shouldn't because he's free now, and they got the world they were fighting for. Great story, it gives a real sense of hope for the future.

Hermione was always the smart and wise beyond her years.

If I were Snape, I'd leave Britain immediately. He's a living affront to those who tortured him, and I suspect they'll be wanting him out of the way fairly soon--especially before he starts giving interviews.

I must be reading too much fan fic because your story seems entirely plausible to me. NOrmally I dislike Hermione running about being everyones moral compass, but in this case she was needed. I hope they have nightmares about what they did. Oh my Im getting vengeful. Thank you for the one shot

This was really nice. It is quite disturbing to think that might have happened to Snape if he'd been caught... And we know Harry is capable of that as we've seen him use (or try to at least) the cruciatus on Bellatrix. Horrible...poor Snape :( But Hermione helped it work out in the end. Really cool story. You are so skilled at the war setting for your stories :)
