The guy has a way of popping up in people's lives, not always continuously, not always scheduled, but there, whether you like it or not.

Poor Juliet. It's probably the weather that is making her seem pessimistic. Rorschach, while he may be a vigilante, gave her a second chance at life. What's that saying..never look a gift horse in the mouth? Anyway, I think that applies here.

LOL, Rorschach says to walk away, but Walter keeps looking back. No doubt she's intriguing. I bet he'll be following her from the rooftops. After all, he wouldn't consider putting brail on his sign for just any stranger.
