Try avoiding cliches such as "alabaster skin."

The ending is abrupt. Yes, this is a sketch and not a story, but it should still feel complete. Ending on the line "just a woman" draws a lot of attention to it, forcing it to bear all the weight of the story. It's often best to compose a closing line that takes that into account.
