I don't normally go in for Giva stories, but this one crept up on me. I liked it.

Ziva as Mossad Director, Tony as a Team Leader nearby, McGee still on the team.

Gotta admit, for a couple of chapters, I wasn't sure how AU this was with "Jen". Glad you didn't demote her.

Love how the banter never really left between Ziva and Tony, especially:

Tony crossed the room to join his former team, “Looking good Zeev…”

She laughed and grabbed her bag, “And you are still not getting any DiNozzo…”
