Hooray for Egotist! I love this pairing so much and you wrote it really well with Nowaki being all lovey-dovey over Hiroki while Hiroki was being all awkward and indirect in his way of comforting Nowaki and it just made me gush so much! >_<

Simply put, this was a really good story.

^_^ I absolutely loved this one shot! :D It had the right amount of fluff and angst and I believe that you portrayed the characters extremely well. It was the perfect length as well, and I love to see Hiro-san when he is trying to be as sweet and Nowaki XD All in all: excellent story! <3

:rolls around: Ahh, I loved this. It's terrifying to have a dream like that, and I can totally imagine Nowaki and Hiroki reacting in this way. Despite the serious nature of the dream, this fic was just so, so sweet. And Hiroki cheering Nowaki up in his own way just made me 'aww" so hard. “…do you really think I’d be dumb enough to get hit by some stupid vehicle in the street?” Oh, Hiro. And their discussion about what would happen if one of them DID die, along with Nowaki not believing he had just fallen MORE in love.. So great. Okay, I'm done gushing now, I swear. >_>

I'm very picky about fics that deal with death in any way because they so often lead to cheesiness and I am lactose intolerant. So when I read a fic that's sweet but doesn't enter cheese territory it makes me a very happy monkey. XD Double thumbs up to you and my endless adoration for the fic! You got the balance just right; it's fluffy and sweet without being over bearingly so. Sorry for the long review, I'm just so happy to find a fic that deals with death in a way that doesn't send me running for the hills!
