Interesting story, although you it's a little too dark.

whatever really happened to the term innocence? though i use it loosely...yeah you better tone down a bit on the darkness its a bit unhealthy for those sensitive readers ;)

but overall...Go go go!

The whole story is a puzzle, while still enjoyable to read. Martial arts soap opera...or is that accurate?

The fight scenes are very good, but sometimes you're a bit over the top with your descriptions. It gets tedious and a bit boring at times.

The characters are interesting, and they go far beyond the usual development present in most Ranma fanfiction. This story is dark, angst, and I haven't seen a lighthearted character for a while yet. Of course, that is the set mood for the story, and I'm comfortable reading it.

Overall, I commend you for making this story. It's a masterpiece that stands above the usual fare, and I like that.

I like this story a lot, but I'm not posting a review, just some comments on other reviews.

About mysteries: you don't have to figure it out! As the story progresses more and more will be revealed; it's just a challenge to solve it beforehand. I'm not saying you don't have to think, or that everything will be wrapped up in a neat package, but in the end most mysteries do at least strongly imply "whodunit." Have a little patience.

About writing: If I may misquote Mr. King's *On Writing* (I think)

"The author IS always right. You can't read 'Then Johnny went out the door.' and say 'Hey! No he didn't! He went out the window!'"

You don't have to agree with an author's opinions or their interpretation of source material, but as far as fiction goes the author is god. Good writing takes a certain amount of ego-though I worry about your id, WFROSE.

This is a really interesting story. I can't wait to see what happens when Ranma comes to Nerima after Nabiki's call. Update soon!

That's an evil cliffhanger man! I hope this gets an update soon. Bitchy Kasumi, rare and interesting sight. Can't wait to see what Ranma throws into the mix, could there be Kasumi vs. Ranma fight? more likely Soun vs Ranma though. Sweet stuff to see Nabiki kicking ass.

Well, the Tendou's (what's left of them) seem to define the term "disfunctional family". And, of course, Mr. Tendou still prefers to blame Ranma for all that has gone wrong rather than accept some responsibility himself. It does seem in this story that no-one, except Nabiki, has an inkling of sympathy for anyone else's point of view. Even Nabiki, though, still misunderstands Akane and insults her yet again, while seeming to reaffirm her original accusation of Akane being a lesbian. I know she was just trying to be helpful. Pity about "good intentions".

I would be curious to know more about Kasumi though. Her character is portrayed as absolutely self-centered, unloving and unlovable. The incident of the year before cannot alone account for this. Something else must have happened to reinforce her initial impression that everyone else was against her. I hope you will fill this part in later.
