I really liked this fic--kinda loved it actually. ;) The small details you incorporated into the story were effective. I especialy liked the "I can't lose him" line by Gordon, which fit nicely with Gordon's desperate need to save Dent as seen in TDK. Well done. I'm adding this to my favs.

Also, I LOVED your last paragraph!! My fave piece was Jim being awake hearing his wife's prayers... Those little details are what showcase a writer's talent!! Well done!!
