i found xanxus's characterization very human and it made me sympathize with him. it also gave a reason for his anger/hate issues and brought some depth to his character. your style of writing is refreshing in its descriptive simplicity and its had my eyes glued onto my computer screen as i read through your story. i loved your story very much!

You did a great job of putting nuance into Xanxus's feelings. All the hate and rage is still there but there manages to be a hint of love, or at least a wish for love, and it makes me like Xanxus more. You get a sense of the child in him.
