Great job!

This story was really good. I liked the Emily perspective. You did an awesome job.

Aw, I just love this. It really shows the progress Casey went through and I love Emily in this. Derek was just oh-so perfect this. I adore how you write ;)

Well here it is.
I loved this story. I'm curious as to why you haven't written more Life With Derek stories because SERIOUSLY you are so talented that I think you should REPLACE the current LWD writers (and Daphne Ballon) because you're obviously better and you know what you're putting onto paper (or computer.. whatever lol).
And.. I really like Emily even more now because of you. I mean, I liked her a lot before 'cuz she actually grew into an awesome person but when you showed through your amazing writing skills how awesome she is, I think I.. dunno but I think that you are GOSH FRIGGEN WONDERFUL! You've got me with a new perspective. The whole Derek&Emily pairing usually gave a foul taste to my mouth but now I can see it's not love! Which makes me happy and relieved lol. Then seeing how much Derek IS the center of Casey's universe and how much he has an effect on her, it really leaves me more to the imagination. Then the ending.. oh you killed me. I think I had a seizure with how much joy was coming over me. Emily knows how to fix things. She knows Casey and Derek and she knows Casey&Derek together. I love that this story ended happily :) it really makes my day. There is hope!

Now that is an Emily I like, good job.

Ack! Is this what Season 4 Casey's turned into? I'm disappointed with Lwd...-sigh-

I know this wasnt exactly Emily centric but I loved your potrayal of Emily anyways. You gave her something more. Beyond all the shallowness. I didnt like the way the LwD writers relegated her to the background whenever they wanted and defining her only by her crush on Derek. And I like how she's not in 'love' with Derek but nurses this small attraction for him. I think what I liked most of all was how she just took Casey and shook some sense into her. And I'm glad that Casey came to her senses. And finally I liked how you showed Dasey through her eyes. Great job and I love you for writing this. :)

I just saw both 'No More Games' and 'Rude Awakening' so I totally get what you're trying to put across...I think I noticed those scenes more because of this story, which is totally awesome.
And the thing is, W O W. You put it across *so* well, I think I noticed Casey!pod person, but it never really struck me till I read this how much they've diluted the character. Which sucks, because the Casey we loved was the feminist who'd never *look* at a player like Truman, let alone *play games* with him. (Sure Derek's a player, but he's a *nice* player, the only girl he's not nice to, yeah *her* but then we all know *or believe* that he's madly in love with her and just covering up.)

I love the formatting. Like *really really* love it. It's beyond-awesome. It's the style of the old LWD writers ) who've stopped writing for a bit these days :( and it goes *really* well with the story. And I love how Derek always fixes her (he does, doesn't he, it's just really subtle and if we weren't all so Dasey, we'd have missed it.)

It's a brilliant story. I'd *love* more in the same style. I'm *so* glad I stumbled across your profile, and sorry for the rant!

This just makes me so happy with the EMILY BEING AWESOME and FIXING CASEY and did I mention EMILY BEING AWESOME? Because she is, and it's so nice to see acknowledgment of that :)

I wrote a review. And then I made myself delete it. Because most of the content was just a lot of screaming and a few marriage proposals.

I THINK WE HAVE STARTED AN EMILY REVOLUTION. Ack! This was so brilliant, and kind of eerie in that it was so totally true, and and and, I think you should just write LWD from now on since you OBVIOUSLY understand the characters better.

really like the perspective.

Very cool. I like the subject and the POV is so natural and quite realistic (especially if Emily finds this kind of maturity).

But the simplicity of it, is so natural, cool. Each word is significant, nothing extra or unnecessary. Very awesome.
