This was funny. I agree with some of your points: it doesn't make sense to me when other women find him sexy. He's not supposed to be sexy, he's supposed to be somewhat repulsive. I don't think he's completely without human feeling, though, despite the fact that his delusions don't seem to let him identify himself as a human being (his insistence that Walter died, and only Rorschach was left). He still identifies with victims, for example, as the comic shows when he stops harassing his landlady because the look on her son's face reminds him of his own childhood trauma. He has very little sympathy for people, but he has empathy, which is why I disagree that it would be impossible for him to identify with a woman with a past similar enough to his own, though not necessarily on a romantic level.

Oh my goodness, I almost died reading this. I had trouble not laughing out loud! I'll admit I'm guilty of being a delusioned Rorschach fangirl, but I can't help it. Until they make a cure, I'll always be crazy in love with a fictional homeless vigilante. Great job.
