bloody monkeys, how did i manage to miss this? o.0 this is so jaw-droppingly amazing. you wrapped it up so well, the last three lines alone reach and explain perfectly what hundreds of draco fans have tried to do and failed. yay for you and yay for this. this is the king of all draco fics, and you should send it to JKR. or ... i will. yes. over and over and over and over again ... bwaha.

This is a very intense scene but also very good. I like that fact that Draco doesnt turn into a "nice guy" but still shows that he is a human being after all.

By the way, I liked the part where you explain the meaning of the name Malfoy and since were talking about names: Draco doesnt only mean dragon but also devil. I just thought its an intersting thing to know.

Gorgeous and poetic! I love your characterization of Draco (almost called him Malfoy there). I think it's incredibly in character and in line with his behavior in the books.

I really enjoyed this fic. Draco - himself harsh, dark - emoting sympathy from the reader because of the childhood I suppose he must have had. You did a very nice job of detailing Draco's list of obvious turning points in his life - through his eyes. Very well done.

Wow. Most Draco POV's cast him as inherently good; but this explains why he is the way he is in a different light. He is neglected, but he is still what he was trained to be. Written in a nice flowing style as well. Good job.
