This probably not ever going to be the first review you'll ever get yet neither the last review you'll ever get but I would like to say that you have managed to encapsulate the feeling of a book that is very close to my heart. I will tell you now that the writing was not up to Orwell's standards but then none of us amateur writers really are as great he was. But I will say this; you're writing on the concepts that were shown in this story is absolutely terrific, reflecting a deep darkness that many fics centring around this theme seem to mince into oblivion. You captured the characters in way that stayed faithfull to the original Bleach characters but also managed to fit into the macabre, grittiness of the Orwellian world. Very, very well done.

I really enjoyed this... but then again I always enjoy your works.
This was a very interesting FFiction, and it really did remind of 1984.

1984 is probably my favorite of George Orwell's works, and you did an amazing job of capturing George's vision in this peice.

Interesting, I've read the book too and recognized pretty much everything even if you've colored it with the Bleach universe. I'm a little sad this is just a one-shot but I also realize it'd be difficult to make this into a multi-chapter without copying too much from the book. I liked it though, it touched and troubled me, and I'm sad Shiro didn't get to get closer to Ichigo and perhaps have some sort of relationship with him. Really, you've filled me with a sort of lingering sadness. It might be a little on the long side but good nonetheless, and I like how you fitted in Grimmjow there too^^

I... really don't know if I want to read that book. It makes me think of The Giver, which helped me recognize my fear of becoming obsolete... I think that's the right word.
But jeez! That's creepy. Well-written creepy, but creepy nonetheless. Though, shameless flattery here, if it's by Kiva Ember, it's good. Regardless of genre.

Love it. Tragic ending...not too much Ichigo and Shiro moments, but I still liked it. I wonder what happened to Ichigo...he did get caught too didn't he??
