I enjoyed it immensely despite the fact that I haven't actually seen SG1, or Atlantis, only ever read a heap of crossover fanfiction... I am quite curious to how Methos got there, but like Teyla was saying ( or I think she was saying) knowing what happened would only tell you what happened but wouldn't communicate the most important part of the something somethings. I knew what I was gonna say at the start of this review I swear.

Captivating start. I love the lullaby scene. I always thought those words were a bit freaky to sing to a child.

Amusing, probably one of the better Atlantis crosses that I have ever read.

It definitely doesn't suck. In fact, it's kinda a fun conclusion to the Daniel + Methos train of fic you had going earlier. It felt a tad draggy since it was mostly filtered through Sam's state of mind, but even so it was very intriguing. It'd be fun to see one of these expeditions that relies so heavily on "Jackie," and more of this anything would always be nice...
Seriously, though. I absolutely adore your Highlander/Stargate crossovers. Something about them just satisfies something in me.

Hell for that matter you've done a phenomenal job with Carter, taking us on a trip through her mind and seeing the world through her eyes.

Well, I liked it.
I don't know much about Stargate, but I believed the Sam Carter character. Following her thoughts, receiving a bit of her feeling of betrayal and concluding the tale with a bit of a life-lesson. Everything flowed well together.

This is interesting, but it leaves a lot of questions. I have to wonder how Daniel found Methos again, how well Methos took the idea of aliens, whether Sam ever recognizes him as Adam from when she looked up his death for Daniel, etc.

It totally doesn't suck.

I didn't like SGA's Sam Carter. I think I might have gotten to like her if she had been able to become part of the community instead of someone obviously passing through.

Your Sam Carter is beginning to understand she has choices to make and loyalties to unlearn if she plans to stay. I wonder what she will choose?

The use of Methos / Jack Danielson was inspired.

To answer your author's note at the bottom: it doesn't suck. I like the subtle clues to the reader about who Jackie is from the Highlander universe, and Sam's internal processing of everything. It's a good blend of the two worlds, and I like it.

I really enjoyed this story. Not having read any of your others (yet!) I figured it had to be Methos. He's my favorite anytime :)

This is great, it needs more Methos thought. In the next chapter perhaps he will have a bigger role, not just play them?

Huh, i found this after reading “Escape Route” when I was perusing your fics. I'm not quite sure what to say. It's a very unique concept. At times I agre ewith Sam and her outrage that there is an unverified person on Atlantis. Other teams I agree with the Team Shepprad crew about giving 'Jackie' a chance. i guess I'll just have to mull it over. However, i really did enjoy your fic and the issues it brought up.

I would love to see this become a full story. Especially if another immortal, one who also wanted out of the game, showed up in Atlantis. Then one of them dies (temporarily). And the other has to stop the SGA from preforming a sea burial.

Nice. I hope you'll continue writing in this serie, or somthing else that crosses Stargate/Highlander. I like reading abouth Methos in Stargate.
