Very powerful story.

Henrietta always struck me as having a "berserker" side to her, especially when it came to protecting Henrietta.

Even though I believe the girls are conditioned to give no thought to those they kill, I think over time they would become a bit sociopathic / psychopathic because to them, killing is just a natural thing to do and while they may not take pleasure, exactly, from killing, we do know they take satisfaction from it.

And we know through the manga that she is starting to remember the attack that killed her family and almost killed her.

Wow. That was incredible! Beautifully written. It was abstract enough to keep me interested, but then everything tied together in the end. Again, well done!

I'm going to have nightmares. Seriously.

This was well written, and the ideas were definitely within the realistic limits of the series; I could see this happening in canon, though I fervently hope it doesn't...

Wow, that was really dark. I enjoyed it though, this one is definitely being added to my favorites. I am amazed that you have never seen either anime because part of the description you wrote of what Henrietta was seeing(as I guess she left the opera house and was killing innocents after taking down the targets, am I wrong?) was kind of similar to what she may have seen happening before becoming a cyborg(her whole family was murdered, she was raped repeatedly and left for dead). Great job with your story. Nothing wrong with the ending at all.
