Oh... my.

This almost made me cry, and I don't know why... Tales of the Otori are amazing books, I feel like I could read them over and over again (which I do).

Maybe I could be so bold as to ask for a chapter 2?

I was really disappointed by the general lack of Tales of the Otori fanfiction, they're some of my favourite books.

I'm very glad that someone besides me has decided to write an Otori story.

I like it a lot so far, it's very intriguing and replicates the feelings of the characters very well. The writing stlye is very good and suitable for the story.

I'm glad to see there's another author writing in this fandom. It needs expansion, although I'm far too busy to write any stories myself currently, so I have taken it upon myself to encourage those who have.

I thought this was very interesting, but would have quite liked to have seen Shigeko's feelings about what her mother had done, allying with Hana, etc.
