Wow, Pat! This was a very good chapter. However, it left me with a few questions. Why did she dirty herself again at the end? I would love to hear how T'Pring saw the story, from her initial rejection of Spock during pon farr to her state as chattel to Stonn. I hope you consider writing a story about her - I think you will do it (and her) justice...

Oh, geez, Pat. You had me going there and then it was a dream. But I can see where it could be reality in this world, for Amanda and for T'Pring as well. *takes deep breath* Heavy stuff.

Wow. A tiny bit confusing when she woke from the dream, but excellent nevertheless.

Well done. A fitting ending I would say. Stonn however is an idiot. He makes himself look small.

Wow, Pat. That was a good story. Having to go see T'Pring would be a very difficult duty for Amanda and I could see her dreaming about it. I can see Amanda thinking the wild T'Pring could have been her as well, but I think there is truth to what the guard said that this was not Amanda. Amanda would not have felt there was no hope and Sarek would not have let her get to that stage either. It does show how different T'Pring and Stonn are. Thanks for sharing the story.

What a very difficult duty to perform! For a human to have to take over T'Pau's duties is tough enough but to do this particular service was very sad and stressful. Whew! Great story!

Very clever Pat. This gels on so many levels for Amanda. It would be daunting to even consider taking over T'Pau's duties even for a short time.
