Incredible story! It's nearly three in the morning for me and, even though this story is relatively short, I couldn't stop reading. I loved the connections you made to the actual series, and the twist yet almost parallel relationship between Touya and Shindou. Well done! Well done. =)

Hikaru no Go meets Sensitive Pornograph... I never would have thought of that combination but this fic was awesome! And all the mentions of other mangas (some of them my favorites actually) kept me smiling. I've been quietly stalking you since you started posting Brightly Burning but somehow I missed this story, probably because I haven't be paying attention to Hikago fanfic lately. (Bad me!) I'm so glad I finally found this and got to read it. You just made my day. Great work! ^__^

Akira and Hikaru as mangaka... now that's REALLY an unusual picture, not to mention Akira's one-night stand (and possibly the most amount of smex I've seen in one of your stories). Captivating plot and fluid storytelling aside, what I always love that your writing is the depth to your characters, such as Akira's insecurity but how he can't resolve his problems when he shuts himself away from people, and also Hikaru's sorrows with the loss of Sai and his initial disappointment in Akira. And, oh, I am such a dork for recognizing all the titles that you mentioned...

You have my utmost admiration and respect, and I only regret that it has taken me this long to write a review (I shall attempt to remedy this as soon as possible). I eagerly await more updates from you in the future! =]

P.S. It's kind of ironic that Ohba-sensei and Obata-sensei are now drawing a manga about mangaka, although I haven't read it (Bakuman) myself.

I loved how it ended. Them living together, and Hikaru saying "... I bet we could write an awesome manga about Go."

I found it really strange to read this fic coz I'm assuming the characters are real people. I don't tend to like real people slash, but this was really hot. I don't know the people being written about, but it seemed like there was a lot of history that was plausable. Very nicely written.

This fic was one hell of a guilty pleasure so to speak. It was highly enjoyable, great job.

wow. Just wow. this is hella intresting. Well written. Usually i would never read yaoi but something caught my intrest and i found a real gem. despite the summary and low number of reviews, only at the last chapter did i realize that this story was complete. This was an interesting read. thank you

Great as always! But Ogata writing POT and Ashiwara writing Naruto?!! Hm I actually might have picked Hxh for Ashiwara(I am spelling his name wrong, I apologize), since his delays are notorious. I really liked that line about the deadlines and thrills. Ke ke. =D it's kind of amusing to think that they collaborated on a series(the mangaka of bleach and death note)
