This is starting to look better. I was rather lost at first since I've never watched Master Mosquiton (although, I've since added it to the list of anime to watch so I'll eventually get around to it) and was rather lost. While I'm thinking this will turn into something similar to Ranma 2X3, I'm hoping that you won't go overboard with crossovers like you've really started to in that story. While having a few is okay, unless you're really careful adding a bunch just turns the story into a confusing mess.

Isn't a Lamia a half-woman/half-snake? More or less it's the same/similar to a Naga? I think the only differences between the two is where the name is from and maybe levels of intelligence or strength... Anyway, I don't see either of them being undead or vampireish...
