Look I like slash, and don't mind reading it in this fandom, but it is an absolute insult to Lloyd Alexander and a desecration of his characters to bash Eilonwy. First of all she looks up to Gwydion like a guardian and would never tell him what to do--she trusted him with Dyrnwin she could trust him with visiting a healthy Taran. She is very protective of Taran but isn't constantly driving him "crazy"--they get frustrated with each other from time to time but that's because they are kids stumbling over their crushes...you know if you haven't figured it out reading the books I won't bother. Clearly you have no respect for Alexander's characters and this was tripe.

Also know that I have never in my five years on this site issued a flame. But this is well deserved of it.

They'd be cute together! And I share your feelings on Eilonwy; she's kind of annoying sometimes, I think Gwydion and Taran have more in common. Keep Writing!
