You've captured exactly how I thought little Gabriel would have been. So much description, you pull the reader into the story (as always)

great story! you developed the scene and the character well, and i like how you tie in a lot of little details from the show(like the car) and your descriptions are spot on, i could really taste the ice cream!! :)

So good! Great descriptive writing, and believably from the POV of 5 year old Gabriel. Ending with Sylar made it more sad and less cute. :) Nice one!

This story is so incredibly wonderful. It filled me with heartache.

This was so beautifully tragic. My heart breaks for Gabriel even more. The contrasts between Sylar and Gabriel Gray only emphasize the tremendous sense of loss. The gaping void left by his mother, that hunger for acceptance, for love will never be sated, no matter how many abilities he acquires.

I enjoyed it, I liked the two lines at the end, very nice :)

I love Sylar vs. Gabriel oneshots. The duality of the character, the fact that part of him wants so much to just STOP and the other part doesn't care... He may quite possibly be the best villain ever created. Homicidal and crazy and completely messed-up, but still a tragic, tortured soul underneath it all...

Such a fantastic story, keep writing. I expect to be reading much more from you very soon...!
