I haven't been around lately... I apologize. But you finished the story in the meantime! That's great. I promise I'll read the next and last chapters as soon as possible, but right now, my life's a mess and I gotta run again. But, because reading calms me down, I'll try to come back as soon as possible! Maybe even today.

Wow, I'm so glad Maddy's okay. She really has her parents' determination, she'll be fine! And now, of course, everyone can see Lil's a great mother.
It was kind of clear whom Lucy, the nurse, meant when she said "Lil's father" had called. I'm also regarding John Stillman as her father, he's always been there for her, he cares for her as if she was his own daughter... They're a family, all these detectives! And Lil will be back working with them soon, I bet.

I like Dr. Klein, too, and she and Lil maybe might become friends once. Maybe. Surely...

Scotty helping Lilly with the baby, like understanding how she must feel being left alone at the base, was really sweet.
The fight about the baby was good, especially when Scotty took the time to listen to what Lilly has to say cause he jumped to conclusions before. Maria was very perceptive which saved Lilly and Scotty some embarrassment.
I think the ages of the sisters are a little off, in your first fic of this trilogy when you were wrote about the song 'Conversations with your 13 year old self' you said Lilly and Chris were only four years apart but now they're seven. Just thought I should mention it, especially if I'd gotten it wrong.
It really freaked me out when Scotty left, and it's really unlike him to leave especially without telling Lilly but good reason for it happening. Liked Nick's reaction, just getting it all off his chest.
Poor Scotty, that must have been horrible with a kid and a woman who looked like Lilly. I loved how Lilly protected Scotty from all the people who want to tell him off and helped him with his nightmares. The gift was the cutest way for Lilly to tell Scotty that they're having a girl.
Did not expect Manning to have a kid as her big secret, he's sounds really cute.
Scotty's proposal was really good, and really cute.
I liked how Lilly and Scotty turned the tables on Kat and Vera for helping with their relationship, also Maddy and the trouble she had at birth was good but I'm so glad she survived. The proposal at the end was really good and child Maddy was really sweet as well as having the whole team wrapped around her little finger. Great trilogy!

“I wish all the people in the world could have somebody,” she said softly. Scotty rubbed her arms, resting his chin on the top of her head.

“Somebody?”

“Somebody like us.”

WOW! Couldn't of asked for a more perfect ending!! I am soo sorry it has taken me forever to review, been so busy just moved. Anyway I am so completely sad this story is over. Made me laugh, made my cry and so many other emotions. You really are talented, your writing is amazing and I love all of your work. Congrats on the marriage and I hope your honeymoon was incredible. This is for chapters 24 thru Epilogue...dang I have missed alot. Packing to move is terrible...my computer moving days before me is worse. I am technically moving tomorrow but I came to our townhouse today because I have homework due... I'm doing this first.

Anyway that was wonderful...what a great ending.

I can't wait for your next story. Maybe now I will have time to work on mine since our internet is finally up and working.
