What I like about your writing is how you kept up "Kagami"'s monologue, gave her an imagination; interesting that you gave her the docile, housewife personality, it works for her. What you may want to work on is the grammar. However, major thanks to you for having both English as well as Japanese/Nihongo sentancing; very nice! Overall, this was a fascinating read, nice tone, and a joy to read and review. Thank you so much for sharing this gem of insight.
