Chapter 2 broke my heart

Chapter 3 had my laughing out loud

Chapter 4 brought it around to the perfect ending.

You know when I was reading the epilogue I was like 'ohgodohgod no...' cos I thought in accordance to the 'angst' description you would choose to end with something to throw all of us off. which would be interesting to see, but I've got to admit I'm glad yoou didn't--i would be terribly down (:

Boy, this is tough to read, yet I can't not (like watching a car wreck, right?). Really well done, naturally, like all your stuff. Must say, as difficult as this is to bear, it is also a bit of a refreshing change. I have noticed that in some of your stories M really does treat B like a wayward child and, even though he does it with love, it has made me question why she doesn't get angry. Careful what you wish for -- now she's protesting in spades and I can't wait for it to be over! Keep up the excellent writing!

OH this is such an emotional story. You are capturing their sadness and anger so well. I'm not enjoying Bridget in this at the moment. I know this is a means to an end... but the journey to get there is so sad.
