The "one nation under Prowl" bit did make me chuckle, actually.

Ok, I'm not the best at writing reviews, but let me try...

First off, I think it needs a little backstory. Why does Prowl want to go after Bluestreak so much?

And I think Bluestreak was a little... I don't know, unresponsive? I might not be reading closely enough, but it felt kind of one-sided, like Blue didn't really know that Prowl was doing anything to him.
