Hey, this is probalby one of the best Shiraishi fan fiction that I have seen, if not the best. I really agree with your view- that he choose to use perfect tennis despite not liking it as that is more likely to make him win. And you've raised a very interesting point, I think he would have been quite proud of it when he first created it.

I also really like how you mention that he decide to play a new type of tennis because I alwyas think that that is what Shiraishi would do when he could- i feel that he would end up choosing a style of tennis that is perfect, but a style that heh would enjoy more after the nationals. To be honest i think it is his sense of duty that cuase him to play perfect tennis and I am really glad that you mention how the rest of his team mates helped him to realise this. i think this is quite possible because i feel that his team mates actaullyd oes not know that he dislike perfect tennis.

Finally- nice touch at the last paragraph, blending his character song in.
