Wow, I don't think I've seen a more suer-Sue in a long time. You do realize that in the Watchmen 'verse, there aren't any "real" superheroes, with powers. The only exception to this is Dr. Manhattan and that's *CRUCIAL* to the Watchmen story. I know this is supposed to be an AU, and I usually forgive those since it IS an alternate universe, but you add nothing to the story with her. Indeed, you take AWAY the specialness of Dr. Manhattan, the uniqueness.

Setting that aside, the rest of the story? It's just the comic, nearly verbatim in some parts. We know that story. Tell something else and quit plagiarizing Alan Moore.

Hmm, very few chapters...short too. The story seems to be going well. Write more and write longer is my only advice.

I'm not quite sure what to say about this one other than the fact that you did a good job with the characterization. I look forward to reading more.
