I think you did a good job at what Lassiter would be thinking at a time like this. I like how he's keeping it all in his head and only Juliet can tell he's moping. I also like Juliet's nervousness at talking to him about being an uncle. And Gus' pride as though he were going to be a parent, too.

My favorite line is Carlton's from when Juliet reminds him of her new last name: “Yeah...I'm not going to call you that. Ever.” That totally sounded like him.

"Uncle Lassie." Of *course* it would be. And I love the last line. He really is more of a softy than he lets on.

Hahaha. Love the ending!
