I also liked Harry finding he had an "out" as a false Seer to cover up future knowledge. Handy, that. :D

I really liked this chapter and the flashback to the chat Harry and Sirius had in the old timeline :)

One thing, though - I feel that the portrayal of Ron in this fic verges a bit on OOC, with the fic showing unflattering behavior by Ron. I know canonically he's a bit of a prat at times, but for heaven's sake he's not an imbecilic boor.

Well, if it's your original idea - congrats, but still, I've read the story where time-travel Harry posed as a seer. It's somewhere in my favorities. Nonetheless, good story. Please continue at your leisure :)

Sirius never had a trial -- he's probably been on plenty of trails.

I'd like to know what answer the various characters would have given to "Who do you think it is?" Do the gossips have them married, yet?

This has been great! Harry's so different and he goes at things differently. I just wish he was a tad more clever as well... but then, there really would be no adventure. :)
