Ah lovely story.
I actually read it on ATT.N, but I don't have an account on that site... so yeah...

I enjoyed reading this fic, a lot. M reading the sequel's sequel now. :)
It's been distracting me from my homework unfortunately. :(

I love the names of the chapters, it's very creative.

As much as I love the angst and drama, I hope Severus and Remus have a 'happily ever after'.

I can't wait till you get to the third book; with Sirius back. Hehehe.

Anyways, thanks for writing. :)

Wow.

I'm amazed what a big difference that one little thing- although not so little to Severus- makes.

Brilliant story.

I positively LOVED the story. Very believable and great! The characters were exactly in character, I think. Bravo.

I really love this story. Normally, I don't try these werewolf ones but I'm really liking this! I feel that you've written a young Snape beautifully. His anger and feelings of unworthiness added with the manner in which he caries the burden of his life is just incredibly bare and raw. Wonderful job :)

yay! things are finally looking okay for snape. it looks like everything will even out into a mellowness. yeah... i'm tired and it sounds orthyodox-ish so... awesome! and i'll leave it at that.

this story is so... awesome there's no words to describe it. i like this version of snape better than the other versions i get from the books. of course, that goes without much saying, right? anyway, i like this chapter and there's no stopping myself from reading it.

This story is really neat and cool. I like the perspective and I'm glad that Severus and Remus are getting along; mostly, at least.

At first I thought: Well, this is something strange and different. Will I like it even though Severus is not my most favored character? Then another occured: It has Remus in it, so why not read it?

Thus, what started out as curiousity ended as an addiction to this story and a need to make this a favorite. Really good description, and stuff of the sort.

renewed view of Remus and Severus,

This was a wonderful story. I really liked the way you kept things as close to the original story as possible while putting your own spin on things. I look forward to reading your other stories.

Just for future reference:

"...he would have to diffuse this.." I've noticed this error a couple of times. The word you want is "de-fuse", to remove the fuse that sets off a bomb. "Diffuse" was probably suggested to you by a dunderheaded spell-checker. It's a common problem; spell-checkers have no idea what you actually want to say.

Another spell-check error: “...if you're all finished with such childish rabble...” I think the word you want is "babble." A "rabble" is an unruly crowd. If Avery meant the others were behaving like a rabble the sentence needed to be re-phrased.

I've enjoyed the story, though the werewolf element seemed to become irrelevant about half-way through. One would think it would be something bigger than just a method for getting Snape and Lupin into each other's pants. Perhaps it will return to prominence in the sequel. I wouldn't mind seeing Snape eventually challenge (and beat) Lupin as Alpha wolf.

The story is interesting and generally well-written. If you had the number of spell-check errors that I see in much fan fiction I wouldn’t bother correcting you. When it comes to our glorious English language I am a very Severus Snape; it should be considered a compliment when I pause to teach rather than merely sneering and moving on. Your writing certainly does not deserve a Snape sneer. I will be reading the sequel.

I was smiling like an idiot reading the ending lines of this chapter...then I got the shock of my life seeing that it was The End!

Thank god for the word 'sequel'.

AH. Please write a long and delicious story...this is just beginning to get really really interesting!

Btw, this line "I'm finished being a puppet to one person or another. I think twenty-two years is enough service to everyone but myself!”

I don't think its twenty-two years...yet. :)

Hm, as much as I sometimes fidget at your quite- but not nearly adherence to canon, I think I can accept it.

I adore your Severus.

I'm very very happy to have found this story. *hugs and pets story fondly*

Okay, next! :D

Oh my god. I'm awed. VERY AWED.

TGP! Where did you suddenly pop out from!? Oh my god, I'm ferociously in love with this story. These chapters completely broke my heart - you really do get Severus, don't you?

I really love how you've portrayed Tobias - quite different from anyone who has written him before. Not particularly abusive...just grim and very bad at expressing himself. And your Lucius...although I do wonder how is it you came by this interpretation of him?

Also, very surprising as to how Severus is NOT with the Death Eaters straight out of school (as I've mostly read), but instead motivated by his friends' death and love's rejection.

Also, apologies from the previous brief review - I was too busy marveling at the story. I'm afraid this review isn't going to be anything constructive, but just mindless gushing. As far as I'm concerned, you're writing brilliantly, so not much concrit from me.

To reply your question: Snupin Prophet is a weekly newsletter-ish sort of thing, consisting of links to new Snupin (That's Snape/Lupin in short) stories and art. Snupin Prophet is managed by one of the more famous authors of Snupin (Mckay).

I assume you're "new" to the pairing, if you don't know the Prophet. Do a google search for "lupin_snape" and "LJ community" in the same breath, you'll see that there's a group of active authors and artists dedicated to this couple. I'm a member there, albeit a lurker. :) Its a brilliant community, and I'm sure everyone will love your story as well, if you post your story over there! Or put up a rec of yourself!

We're mirrored on Insanejournal as well. Click around, at the side there should be links to help newcomers explore. There're TONS of stories around, there's an upcoming writing fest known as BLU...do explore yourself!

If you love Snupin, you'll find yourself in Heaven. :D

Okay, I have more chapters waiting for me. :D
