I really can't picture Dean living on rabbit food for three weeks. Boy must starving in the true sense of the word. And I agree with you about Sam needing a slap over the head as well. Being a hunter is his choice too.

The boys need to get their heads outta their asses and make up once and for all, kick Ruby to the curb and start playing by their own rules. Listening to heaven and hell hasn't excactly worked out for them, has it?

That was very satisfying. I'm glad you accounted for Sam's return of memories and what Bobby thought when they went missing for three weeks. Great characterizations, and I could totally visualize Dean's love affair with the burger! Also, small point but I loved the line about Dean ordering Sam inside with a look. Nice work.

Sam dropped the bag off his shoulder and looked down at the sickly yellow polo-shirt and tan pants. He brought up his hands and ran them down the clothing in confusion.

Awesome job! I would have loved to seen the show end this way. I wanted to see Sam's reaction to what had happened.

Awesome tag Tara. It's like you completed the story from where kripke left it off. How I would have loved to seen those scenes on the show...with the brothers gettng back together and bantering back and forth. With Sammy seeing the car that Dean was driving and the boys going to Bobbys!

Tara, I think this was an excellent tag. I liked that you gave Sam's point of view and his conversation with Zachariah. I really think that was needed, although knowing how the show's Sam is going, it probably would have fallen far short of the way you painted it. So, maybe it was better we only see it in the hands of fic writers. The Impala with Bobby was a very nice touch. Good to know where Dean's baby ended up. And most importantly, the brother moment was there and that's something I've really missed in the show and have missed writing. It's so nice to see it again. Great work.

That was really nicely done.

I think it was telling that, after all the S4 episodes that have tried to show us Sam pulling away from Dean, that when it came to them having their memories erased Sam was the one who held onto something of their relationship. That he was the one who had that insistant feeling that they were brothers even though to all intents and purposes they'd never met.

I think it was as much Sam's lesson as it was Dean's, and I hope they recognise that in the coming episodes.

You had their voices very much in character and there were a lot of lines that made me smile. And this bit, I think, sums up the Winchesters perfectly:

Sam dodged the few fries that came flying his way but he couldn’t keep the smile from his face. Things weren’t perfect, far from it, but right now Sam felt at home with his brother and in return felt at home within himself. And for now? That was more than enough.
