This is such a sweet cute story. Poor Sam. I am glad that dean chew that nurse out. I know I would have. And the little 5 year old was cute too.

Wow, awesome story! I felt so sorry for Sam but good ole big brother turned up to put things straight. It was nice to see some positive interaction between Sam and John, that's kind of how I hope they were towards each other when Sam was a teenager. Anyway, excellent story - me liked!

OMG what a totally awesome story. I am so saving this one to my favorites. I felt so bad for Sammy when John got hurt, but more so when they got to the hospital and the idots wouldn't tell him anything, even after he begged saying he didn't know if his dad was dying...that nurse so needs to be reprimanded-but I think I liked Dean getting onto her better!

Loved the talk between Sammy and the little boy-and the fact that Dean was there to listen in-that was just too cool! And I also loved the part where Sammy rushed to John after he came out of the ER. So good to see John hold his youngest inhis arms like that and tell him it wasn't his fault!
