This was fantastic, and you wrote it well. loved the "and a damn CAT to make me trip when i come into the room" part. :) Though, i imagine Dean to be more of a dog person, really.

Aw, that was such a classy ending! I really, REALLY, r.e.a.l.l.y. hope something akin to this will come to pass at the end of the show. It doesn't necessarily have to be exactly like this but just as hopeful!

I loved that Sam and Dean found a means to bridge their differences and find a way back to each other. They are both rooting for the same thing, each dead-set on sacrificing themselves to save the other. And no matter how dark the road Sammy turns to might get, he's still doing it chiefly for all the right reasons.

To my mind this wonderfully written end-time tag encorporated everything that I most like about the show and want to survive, the brothers being brothers again. Now having Bobby there to watch the guy's backs is always a most welcome bonus!

That was beautiful so touching and just so...Winchester. Dean's speech about wanting a home was beautifully written, the whole fic was beautifully written and I want this to be canon so badly. Great job.

I really like. I love the idea of Dean uniting them with the dagger through the hand--great visceral image--and the small ways he cares for Sam even while they're fleeing, pulling him close, turning his head from the mirror. Most of all, I love the things he demands when faced with Castiel and Uriel's orders. It's all the little things that make a home, and his rant is inspired. Sam's reaction was also wonderful. I wouldn't have minded Uriel being changed out for another bloodthirsty angel since we know at this point he won't be in the endgame, but the rest worked great.

Oh if only.
I am dreading the season finale...it's just going to be brutal I know it.
