You truly captured the sadness of Borrowed Time in this story. The setting was different but the feeling of loss was the same. Great Job.

Very sad and what I always feared might happen to their relationship. Love the images of her bike next to the Aztec in the garage, and her stuff cluttering his bathroom, but Max herself being as being as inpenetrable as ever.
