Wow. Really excellent fic. The writing is crisp and clear and poignant, the characterization is beautiful, the you can feel the tension and emotion of the scene perfectly. A very good twist -- I'm assuming all went as it did in the movie, except Vader acted too late and survived? I especially like Leia's decision to not kill him because of what Luke did -- it seems very, very characteristic of her. I could literally hear her voice in my head. Once again, amazing job.
