Editing? Good idea. While I still like this fic, some of the dialogue was a bit... iffy. And it certainly wouldn't hurt to read through the chapters and check for unrealistic timing, for example, when Ed was in Knock-whatever alley. Also, I noticed that Ed was slowly slipping out of character over the course of the story as it began getting more description-based rather than thought-based or dialogue-based.

A betareaders would help, too. It really is the best way to improve.

Hmm... Oddly enough, I enjoyed this!

I've been writing a parody fic titled "Epic" in which I mock all of the cliches of FMA fanfiction. The next chapter is going to be the beginning of an FMA/HP crossover parody, so I've been reading crossover fics for a few weeks and, quite frankly, they all suck. I saw yours on the front page and hoped for more of the same (I've been a bit stuck on how to begin the chapter, so I clicked it looking for cliches), but I got the opposite. This fic certainly isn't orgiinal (don't take offense at this- it's a Harry Potter crossover, ma'am. Like I said, I've been reading these for a while, and, trust me, there is NOTHING original that can be done with an HP crossover.), but it's extremely well-written, and that's original in itself. Enough for me to keep reading, anyways.

When you said that Dumbledore would put Ed in a wizarding household, I knew it would be the Weasely's, but I was thinking, as a joke, that it would be an exchange program, where Ed goes to stay at the Burrow, and Ron gets shipped off to Germany, without his consent of course.
