Hey, I like your story :D I think it has a very nice concept, with Ren being a med student, and the people around him.

However, sometimes it felt as if you were in a hurry when you write a scene. For example, even though they were all close friends, it feels a bit weird for kion to suddenly talked about something so serious right after they talked abt something happy. Also when Yuuzuki first appeared.

My suggestion is try to describe more. The characters' feelings, the situation around. Add more details, more emphasize. Reduce the pace so that readers can really enjoy the moment. No need to hurry
