A difficult choice. It's hard to believe any Muggles would send their kids to Hogwarts if they knew what really goes on there. It's simply not a safe place and the headmaster is more interested in organising the order than supervising the school.

Awesome. You have got to keep writing this fic. What will the parents do? What will happen to this kid? Did he know Diggory? Does he know Harry? How does this affect him and his view of the wizarding world? How does the way it affects him affect the rest of his family. Too many unanswered questions.

I wonder how many parents post GoF are thinking exactly this.
