Oh, my God, that was heart-breaking. Poor Peter, who's done such terrible deeds out of such desperate, incurable and, ultimately, hopeless love. And the loss of James, as well as the evil of his actions, are both driving him insane. The grief, the pain, the need for forgiveness and the hunger to be loved are so real that the words almost bleed.

You are an incredible writer. I aspire to be half of what you are. I absolutely felt every emotion and deepest sensation, be it good or bad, that wormtail was feeling. Such descriptive and powerful writing. Although I don't agree with your reasons as to why he betrayed them all, I absolutely loved this story/rant/verbal marathon. It moved me. Well done, yet again.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. It's so great to see a fic that portrays Peter as something other than an evil person who's always been evil, always will be evil, with no love or compassion in his soul. All the words were so pretty, too!

wow, i'm very impressed, owari. i know almost everyone's felt like this about someone, but you put it into words so very well...maybe this just hits me because i had a little significant other trouble, but this is very good angst. not cheezy at all. congratulations. (and my sympathies)
