Okay, I hate Near, but that was cute. I do wonder what Near is thinking since he's always so silent. I don't think Near would ever call Mello "dearest" but other than that I thought it was in character just fine; I wouldn't call it OOC.

I loved the emotion and the ending. Great job Lego!
