Wonderful chapter! I've been keeping up with Skywards as well and it didn't bother me that it was another festival chapter. With all this massive sharing of stories and such, ideas are going to cross paths and such. So no worries there~

I loved the comment on CLAMP and the fact that Kiyohiko had an opinion on them. Oh Annje~

The play between the older kids and the younger ones is hilarious. The whole "Screamer" thing had me laughing and the scene where Kiyohiko skillfully tricked them was brilliant. I also enjoyed the way it came and bit Kiyohiko in the ass in the end.

Kiyohiko cracks me up! He's like a Tsuna-Hayato cross. I think Reborn is taking a little too much lip, to be honest. That's not in his character. He probably should have smacked Yohi as soon as he started yelling.

I do have predictions for the guardians, but they're very likely wrong, so let's wait and see. xD Maybe affinity is hereditary... -_-

Hahaha. Aside from the obvious, my assumption of the guardians is probably wrong. We know about Haruhi and Masaru. As far as Damiano, Kiyohiko is right in that we haven't seen him use any illusion techniques (and I really think it would be cool if him and his sister were different flame attributes). Annje is Mist. Hans probably will be Storm. I see Saki as being Thunder. That leaves Damiano as Cloud by elimination. I could see him as that, and he uses multiple weapons which could go along with the whole Cloud Flames attribute. But then I wonder about Osamu (I think that was Hibari Spawn's name). Meh, I'll just wait and see.

Anywho, good chapter. I love dodgeball and play it every week at work. Such a dangerous game full of fun and it was pretty nice how you integrated it in.

I also like how you're exploring the characters thoughts more. It's nice to see everyone's point of view. My favorite line had to be from Damiano (who is quickly growing as my favorite character) when he said:

"Is Sorella still psycho?"

Easily the best thing said so far. XD

Anywho, keep it up. Can't wait for the rest.

It was the first time I played! (may seem strange, but here in Brazil isn't a popular sport)
And, right now, my body is aching all over ;_;
But it was really fun :D

About the Guardians... I think Annje is going to be the Mist Guardian, but I'm not sure about this either...
