Simply beautiful. I couldn't stop reading until the last word. You exposed a side of Sasuke that seemed desperate for love and attention, which in my mind is all he ever really wanted. I had always thought that the reason Sasuke kept trying to kill Itachi was to be acknowledged by his older brother. This is simply a stunning piece.
