I missed the Peter/Lucy friendship in the movie as well. Moviemakers don't seem to like apologies, because they left out Edmund's in LWW after he's rescued, and now the one that Lucy really did deserve in PC. *sigh*. What shall we do with Andrew Adamson? :)

Great job, though, connecting that scene from LWW with this. I love when Caspian walks up and is a bit confused about what's going on. ;) Unfortunately I can hear Ben B's Spanish accent saying the line...(NO!) ;D

Lame? Good heavens no! I LOVED it. this was one of the cutest one-shots I've ever read! Having a similar scene to this in the actual movie might not have been a bad idea-it would have been rather nice if you ask me. And I agree with you that Peter not listening to Lucy was worse than the kiss scene. So they kissed, what the heck does that matter seeing as they're never going to see each other again? What's importaint is that Peter tell Lucy he's sorry and mean it! However, in a strange way, I always saw the scene where he takes her hands and says, "It's not how I thought it would be, but it's alright." As a sort of patching-up between them but I don't think it was quite enough. good job on this fic.
