I really liked this story, a very nice oneshot. The one thing I have to say though is about the dialogue. It was very well written, totally believable, but it was kind of hard to keep the speakers straight. As a rule of thumb you can do about four lines without naming the speaker but I'd throw in a "Sarah said" or "Ironhide rumbled" every now and then to make it easier to keep people/mechs safe. Trying to remember who's talking kind of takes away from the feel of the story.

Aside from that the story was wonderfully written. Keep up the good work ^_^

Oh, whoa. What a mess those two are, but you've made me both sad and happy by reducing the mess slighty.

WOAH! I haven't seen something like this before, and you did an impressive job with it! Poor Hide, killing himself out of guilt after causing Will's death...but Sarah still needs him. Interesting discussion of what makes a family, and why Hide needs to stay. Great job!!
