So I am assuming that this isn't going to be continued, which is a shame, but I thought I'd give my two cents anyway.

I think it's off to a very interesting start and I'd love to see where it goes from here and what exactly Sir Frank has in mind for the bet.

The characterization, thus far, is great - I can certainly see all of them behaving as you had them. :D

If you ever are re-insipired it would be fantastic if you continued. Such a shame to stop right at the beginning of a good story.

...possible Jim / Frank slash? Never really thought about it before - or maybe I'm just reading too much into their meeting.

Anyway, I like the way this has been written so far - everyone's in character, the wordplay's in place, and the story looks interesting...I hope you're not too bogged down with exams and stuff to continue? I really hope you do, as there's a total of about three readable Yes Minister stories in the entire fandom, and two of those are yours.
